CalleCom Solutions is a veteran-owned IT services company based in Wooster, Ohio, serving small and mid-sized businesses across Wayne County and the surrounding area.

I'm John Callender, the founder. I was born and raised right here in Wooster, OH. I spent four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps before building a career in IT. I hold a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Cybersecurity, and in the past I have managed IT operations across 22+ locations spanning warehousing, retail, and food service, including everything from network infrastructure and security cameras to POS systems and cybersecurity.

I started CalleCom because I saw a gap. Most managed service providers price out small businesses or treat them as an afterthought. The five-person shop with ten computers deserves the same quality network and support as the company with 500 seats. That's the work I want to do.
